Kubbi Refund Policy

At Kubbi, we strive to handle all refunds promptly and fairly. Our refund policy is designed to complement our separate returns policy and ensure clarity for our customers. Please review the details below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Eligible Refunds:

  • Refunds are granted for items returned within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with our separate returns policy.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, as outlined in our returns policy.
  • Refunds are approved for items confirmed by Kubbi as faulty, not as described, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a statutory right to a full refund for faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose goods within 30 days of receipt, or a repair or replacement within 6 months, depending on the nature of the fault.

Non-eligible Refunds:

  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging.
  • Customised or personalised items, unless faulty.
  • Items sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., helmets) where the seal is broken, unless faulty.

2. Refund Deductions

Original Delivery Charges:
For orders with standard 3–5 day delivery (marked as “free shipping”), a £30 delivery cost per item will be deducted from your refund to cover our incurred shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed by Kubbi as faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount. Kubbi will provide a return shipping label from a trusted carrier, and the cost of this label will be communicated clearly before processing.

3. Processing Your Refund

Inspection and Approval:
All returned items are inspected upon receipt to verify their condition and compliance with our returns policy. Kubbi reserves the right to refuse refunds for items not meeting the eligibility criteria.

Refund Timeline:
Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You will receive an email notification confirming the refund once it has been processed.

Payment Method:
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase transaction.

4. Exceptional Cases and Discretion

Kubbi reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not adhere to this policy. Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Kubbi’s sole discretion.
