Kubbi Warranty Policy

Please note: Due to the varied nature of our product range, warranty terms differ between electric bikes, electric quads, electric scooters, and accessories. Please read the warranty details below carefully.

How to Contact Us

If you want to arrange a return under warranty or are unsure whether your product is covered, please contact our customer service team at support@kubbi.co.uk. Our team will guide you through a few simple questions to determine your warranty eligibility and the repair process.

Most warranty issues are resolved by sending replacement parts. However, some cases may require you to return the product to us for repair. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for full details on returns and repairs.

How Our Warranty Process Works

When you make a warranty claim, our support team will first assess the issue with you over email or a phone call. In most cases, there is no need to send the entire vehicle back. Once we identify the problem, we will send out the necessary replacement parts directly to you. To make the repair as easy as possible, we will also send you a detailed instructional video showing you exactly how to replace the part on your bike, quad, or scooter and get it running perfectly again.

(If an issue cannot be resolved with replacement parts, we may require you to return the product to us for repair).

Warranty Coverage Overview

Our warranty starts 14 days after the purchase date and generally covers manufacturer defects for 12 months on core components.

Below is a detailed breakdown of the warranty period by product category.


Electric Dirt Bikes (Models: K4, K7 Pro, K10 Pro, K22)

Covers manufacturing or material defects affecting safe and proper functioning (motors, speed controllers, motherboards, frames, wiring, and chargers).



Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, accidents, overloading beyond specified limits, water exposure, or unauthorised modifications.

Wheels & Tires 30 Days

Consumable parts. Covers only defects in manufacturing or materials discovered within 30 days.



Exclusions: Damage due to punctures, cuts, wear from normal use, or impact damage caused by accidents.

Batteries 30 Days

Consumable parts. Covers manufacturing or material defects only.



Exclusions: Battery degradation, loss of capacity, and damage from improper charging, storage conditions, or water.

Other Components 30 Days

Covers smaller components (seats, handlebars, grips, lights, mirrors, plastics).



Exclusions: Damage caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper installation.


Electric Quads (Models: Q3, Q19, Q32)

Exclusions: Punctures, tread wear, and impact damage.

Batteries 30 Days

Consumable parts. Covers manufacturing or material defects only.



Exclusions: Natural degradation, capacity loss, and damage from improper charging or winter storage.

Other Components 30 Days

Covers seats, grips, bullbars, plastics, and lights.



Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, crash damage, or cosmetic scratches from use.


Electric Scooters (Models: S9 Pro)

Exclusions: Punctures, wear from normal use, or impact damage from curbs and potholes.

Batteries 30 Days

Consumable parts. Covers manufacturing defects only.



Exclusions: Natural degradation, capacity loss, and damage from improper charging or storage.

Other Components 30 Days

Covers grips, mudguards, folding mechanisms, and lights.



Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage.


Accessories & Spare Parts (Helmets, Safety Sets, Replacement Parts)

Covers manufacturing defects on standalone purchased parts (e.g., throttles, kickstands, controllers).



Exclusions: Damage caused by improper installation or use on incompatible items.


What Is NOT Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper assembly, or neglect.

  • Normal wear and tear including tires, brakes, seats, bulbs, and batteries.

  • Damage from overloading beyond product specifications.

  • Damage from exposure to water, frost, or adverse weather conditions.

  • Faults caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.

  • Loss or damage resulting from improper storage or handling.

  • Software or accessory faults not originally supplied by Kubbi.

  • External events such as theft, vandalism, or natural disasters.

Important Notes

  • Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims require proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). Please keep this safe.

  • Return Authorisation: Before returning any product, contact Kubbi for authorisation; returns without authorisation may be refused.

  • Return Shipping Fees: As outlined in our Returns Policy, if an item is confirmed by Kubbi as faulty or defective under warranty, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other non-faulty returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Right to Repair: We reserve the right to repair or replace defective parts or products at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, a similar product of equal or greater value may be provided.

  • Non-Transferable: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Examples of Warranty Exclusions

  • Electric scooters stored in damp or freezing conditions causing electrical failure.

  • Electric bikes or quads used beyond their stated weight limit causing motor or controller damage.

  • Any product modified or repaired by unauthorised third parties.

  • Helmets or safety pads returned with impact damage from a crash.
