Warranty Coverage

Our warranty starts 14 days after the purchase date and generally covers manufacturer defects for 12 months.

Warranty Period by Product Category — Detailed Breakdown

Product Category Coverage Duration Detailed Explanation
Electric Bikes & Scooters 12 months manufacturer defect This covers any manufacturing or material defects affecting the core mechanical and electrical components that impact safe and proper functioning. This includes: motors, speed controllers, motherboards, frames, wiring, and chargers. Exclusions: Normal wear and tear items such as tires, brake pads, batteries, bulbs, seats, grips, and handlebars are not covered under this 12-month warranty, as these parts naturally degrade with use. Damage due to misuse, accidents, overloading beyond specified limits, improper maintenance, or unauthorised modifications are also excluded.
Wheels & Tires 30 days manufacturer defect Wheels and tires are considered consumable parts because they wear down naturally with regular use and exposure to road or terrain conditions. The warranty covers only defects in manufacturing or materials discovered within 30 days of purchase. Exclusions: Damage due to punctures, cuts, wear from normal use, or impact damage caused by accidents or misuse is not covered.
Batteries 30 days manufacturer defect Batteries are classified as consumable parts because their performance naturally decreases over time due to charging cycles and usage conditions. The warranty covers only defects in manufacturing or materials within 30 days from purchase. Exclusions: Battery degradation, loss of capacity, damage from improper charging, storage conditions, or misuse is not covered.
Other Components 30 days manufacturer defect This category includes smaller components such as seats, handlebars, grips, lights, bulbs, mirrors, and other accessories. These parts are covered for manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase. Exclusions: Damage caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, improper installation or use, or unauthorized modifications is excluded.
