This is the most important part of our warranty policy, so we've put it first.
If you buy a product from Kubbi and something goes wrong, here's exactly what happens:
You contact us. Email our support team at support@kubbi.co.uk with your order number and a short description of the issue.
We diagnose the issue with you remotely. Our team will ask you for clear photos, short videos, or a quick phone call so we can see the fault for ourselves. The more detail you can give us up front, the faster we can help.
We send you the spare parts. Once we've identified the problem, we dispatch the necessary replacement parts directly to you, free of charge under warranty.
We send you a video showing how to fit them. Along with every spare part we send a step-by-step instructional video so you can fit the part at home — no specialist tools or mechanics needed.
You make the repair at home. Almost every fault can be fixed in a few minutes with our parts and videos. Our team is on hand by email if you need help during the repair.
Shipping a full electric bike, quad, or scooter to us, repairing it, and shipping it back is prohibitively expensive — the courier costs alone would run into hundreds of pounds per product. Those costs would eventually have to be passed on to every Kubbi customer through higher prices.
In our experience, the spare parts plus video approach resolves issues faster, cheaper, and with far less hassle for the customer. You don't have to box up a heavy bike, you don't have to wait weeks for shipping in both directions, and you keep your product the whole time.
In the rare cases where a fault genuinely cannot be resolved with replacement parts (for example, a serious structural issue with the frame), we will discuss next steps with you on a case-by-case basis.
This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods supplied by Kubbi must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Your warranty period begins on the date of delivery of your Kubbi product. Coverage duration varies by product category and by component — see the tables below.
This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Kubbi (kubbi.co.uk) or an authorised Kubbi reseller, for use in the United Kingdom.
If you purchased your Kubbi product via Amazon or eBay, the warranty terms below still apply. Please contact us at support@kubbi.co.uk and we will verify your purchase before processing any claim.
Kubbi electric bikes, scooters and quads are designed for off-road, private land use under adult supervision. They are not approved for use on public roads, pavements, cycle paths, or any public space where motor vehicles are restricted under UK law.
Use of Kubbi products on the public highway is illegal in the UK, may put riders and others at risk, and will void this warranty.
Riders should be within the age range and rider weight stated on the product page for their specific model.

To keep your warranty valid, please:
If your product arrives faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kubbi.co.uk, with photographs of the product and the packaging.
We aim to:
Delivery times for parts depend on courier services and your location.
Replacement parts supplied under warranty are covered for the remainder of your original product warranty period, or 90 days from dispatch — whichever is longer.
We reserve the right to repair the fault, supply replacement parts, replace the product, or offer a partial refund or credit of equivalent value — whichever is most appropriate to the situation. If a product is no longer available, we may supply a similar product of equal or greater value.
Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
We aim to make spare parts available for a minimum of 3 years from the date a model is discontinued. After this period, we will do our best to source equivalent parts where possible — please contact us with details and photos so we can help.
Lithium batteries are subject to strict transport regulations under UN3481 / IATA. Customers must not post batteries themselves.
If a battery ever needs to be returned to Kubbi as part of a warranty assessment, we will arrange and pay for collection using a courier authorised to carry lithium batteries, and we will supply the correct paperwork. Posting a lithium battery via standard mail is illegal and unsafe.
We encourage all customers to register their Kubbi product after purchase. Registration helps us:
In the event of a recall, we will contact registered customers directly. Please keep your contact details up to date.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser. We may, at our discretion, allow the warranty to transfer to a subsequent owner (for example, where a bike is passed to a younger sibling, gifted, or sold second-hand) on production of the original proof of purchase. Please contact us before any transfer.
Kubbi is a registered participant in WEEE and Battery Compliance schemes. At the end of your product's life:
Never dispose of lithium batteries in household waste.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a warranty claim, please email our customer service manager at support@kubbi.co.uk with the subject line "Escalation" and we will review your case.
UK consumers also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and may seek further advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) or, where appropriate, the small claims court.
Any information you share with us during a warranty claim — including photos and videos — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at kubbi.co.uk.
Regular maintenance and correct usage are essential to keep your Kubbi product running for years. We provide maintenance guides and support materials — please follow these to avoid voiding your warranty.
