You accept full responsibility for the use of Kubbi products, including compliance with all safety guidelines and terms described herein.

Assumption of Risk

Riding or operating any vehicle, including electric bikes, scooters, and ride-on toys sold by Kubbi, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death. By purchasing and allowing your child to use Kubbi products, you voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of yourself and/or your child.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Kubbi, its parent companies, affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from or connected to the use of Kubbi products. This includes incidents resulting from accidents, falls, collisions, misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kubbi and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your or your child’s use of Kubbi products or breach of this agreement.

Safety Precautions and Responsibilities

Protective Equipment

  • It is mandatory that all riders wear a certified safety helmet at all times when using Kubbi products.
  • We strongly recommend additional protective gear including elbow pads, knee pads, gloves, and appropriate footwear to reduce the risk of injury.

Supervision of Minors

  • Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult when using Kubbi products.
  • Guardians are responsible for ensuring that the child understands and complies with all safety instructions and legal requirements.

Pre-Use Inspection

  • Prior to each use, inspect the product thoroughly to ensure it is in safe working condition. Check brakes, tires, steering, battery charge (if applicable), and all controls.
  • Report any faults or damage to Kubbi or your retailer immediately and do not use the product until it has been properly repaired or replaced.

Proper Use

  • Kubbi products should only be used in appropriate, designated areas away from traffic, pedestrians, and other hazards.
  • Riders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding vehicle use, including local road and traffic rules.
  • Reckless riding, stunts, or modification of the product voids the warranty and releases Kubbi from liability.

Health and Fitness

  • Ensure that riders are physically and mentally fit to operate Kubbi products.
  • If the rider has any medical conditions, disabilities, or is taking medication that could impair their ability to safely operate the product, consult a medical professional before use.
