1. The Promoter. The promoter is Kubbi Imports Ltd (company no. NI730972), Unit 9A, Carryduff Business Park, Belfast BT8 8AN, United Kingdom ("Kubbi", "we"). Contact: support@kubbi.co.uk.
2. The Promotion. The Kubbi Monthly Draw is a free-to-enter prize draw. One winner is selected each calendar month and receives £1,000 in cash (or the euro equivalent at the exchange rate on the draw date, for winners in the Republic of Ireland). The promotion runs monthly from 1 August 2026 until further notice. We may end or amend the promotion with reasonable notice; any entries already received will be honoured in the month they fall.
3. Who can enter. Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, except employees of Kubbi Imports Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the draw. No purchase is necessary at the time of entry; entrants simply need access to a Kubbi vehicle to feature in their photo or video. One entry per family (household) per calendar month. Entry is free — your only cost is sending an email.
4. How to enter. Email a photo or a video of your child (or yourself) riding a Kubbi to support@kubbi.co.uk, or reply to any Kubbi email invitation to the draw with your photo or video attached (or a link to it via a file-sharing service). Entries must be received by 23:59 on the last day of the calendar month to be included in that month's draw. Entries received after the monthly closing date roll over into the following month's draw automatically.
5. Entry requirements. Entries must feature a genuine Kubbi vehicle; be your own original photo or video, taken by you or with the permission of the person who took it; show safe and responsible riding on private land with appropriate safety equipment; and not contain anything unlawful, dangerous or offensive. Where a child appears in an entry, the entrant confirms they are that child's parent or legal guardian, or have the express permission of the child's parent or legal guardian to submit the image and to grant the rights in clause 8. We may disqualify entries that don't meet these requirements.
6. The draw. One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries received in the relevant calendar month, within 7 days of the monthly closing date, using a verifiably random computer process. The prize is £1,000 cash, paid by bank transfer. There is no alternative prize; the prize is not transferable.
7. Winner notification and payment. The winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter, within 7 days of the draw. The winner must respond and provide payment details within 14 days of notification; if they do not, we reserve the right to draw an alternative winner from the same month's entries. Payment is made by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving valid payment details.
8. Use of entries (please read this one properly). By entering, you grant Kubbi Imports Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, edit and reproduce your entry (photo or video) in Kubbi's marketing — including our website, emails, social media channels and paid advertising — with or without accompanying text, and without further payment. Where a child appears, this licence is granted with the confirmed consent of the child's parent or legal guardian, as set out in clause 5. You may withdraw consent for future use at any time by emailing support@kubbi.co.uk; withdrawal doesn't affect materials already published or in production, and doesn't affect your entry into the draw. You retain ownership of your photo or video.
9. Data protection. We process entrants' personal data (name, email address, and submitted images) to administer the draw, contact the winner, and — under the licence in clause 8 — for marketing use of entries. Our lawful bases are the performance of these terms (draw administration) and consent (marketing use of images). Data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and, for entrants in the Republic of Ireland, the EU GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018. 10. Winner publicity. The winner's first name and county will be announced in Kubbi's marketing channels. Winners may object to this by contacting support@kubbi.co.uk; where a winner objects, we will still provide the winner's details to the Advertising Standards Authority or other competent authority on request, as we are required to demonstrate the draw is genuine.
11. General. By entering, you agree to these terms. If any entry is found to breach these terms, we may disqualify it and, if a prize has been awarded, require its return. We are not responsible for entries lost, delayed or not received due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and entrants in the Republic of Ireland retain any mandatory consumer protections available under Irish law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
